FAQ’s

Who is responsible for snow removal at my home?

  1. The contractor plows the roads when there are 2 inches or more of snow.
  2. They salt the roads at their discretion. We are trusting their expertise to know when it should be salted. Please keep in mind that salt is not effective when the temperatures drop to dangerously low numbers so it is not used during certain periods of very cold weather.
  3. They plow individual driveways and shovel sidewalks when there are 2 inches or more of snow.
  4. They do not salt individual driveways and sidewalks. That is the homeowner’s responsibility.
  5. They will not plow your driveway if there is a car parked in it.
  6. They plow, shovel, and salt the overflow parking lots and the mail centers.
  7. They do not do any plowing or shoveling at the park or pavilion.

If you notice any problems with the areas that they are responsible for please send the information to the property manager so that she can communicate it to them.
